    Working with Spegal was an excellent experience. The support representatives were very responsive and helpful. They were able to quickly assess my issue and promptly schedule an appointment. I received a courtesy call to let me know my plumber was en route with enough time to prepare for his arrival. The plumber, Hiram, was kind, thorough, and genuinely concerned with resolving our issue. Which he did in a very timely manner. We will definitely be looking to Spegal first the next time we need any assistance.

    Such a great experience! Today I had the pleasure of dealing with John. Who was very educated in his profession. This is my first house and I experienced a minor issue with the water heater. John explained to me the maintenance I needed to keep up. He even walked me through each step to make sure I completed it properly. As a first time homeowner (female), I truly appreciate him taking the extra step of giving world class customer service. His interpersonal skills definitely matched his energy.     After coming home on a Friday and finding water coming from underneath my tile floor in my dinning room I clearly panicked but Spegal plumbing to the rescue, they came out the same day I called.To evaluate and let me know what needed to be done. Rudy you are the man! I appreciate your patience with me while explaining everything. Excellent customer service they respected my home during the process as well as keeping me in the loop. My repair( complete re-pipe) has been completed and I have running water, it was done so quickly I could not be more satisfied.Rudy and Carlos my family and I thank you!

    I had the pleasure of meeting Rudy Perez today due to a plumbing situation we had. Although he is actually a site manager with Spegal plumbing, he really did a wonderful job during our service call. And didn’t mind getting his hands dirty. His attention to detail and compassion was really appreciated. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Great Job Rudy!!! Keep providing that great service!!!

    Spegal plumbing did a fantastic job replacing my outside faucet/bib. Josh took the time to chisel it out the stucco carefully. He was able to replace with a new faucet that covered the hole. You wouldn’t even know it wasn’t original. The replacement faucet is top quality too. All done in less than an hour. The entire process from scheduling to appt date to repair was only a couple days. They asked me if it was an emergency but it was not, just a slow drip. I highly recommend Spegal Plumbing!
