John provided excellent service from start to finish. The installation was completed with zero downtime, and the system was fully up and running by the time I got home from work. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, from when the parts arrived at the warehouse to the completion of the job. Great communication, professionalism, and execution. Highly recommend!

I had a clog in my drain and was concerned that it would require removing one of my toilets. John Smith came out and assessed the situation and assured me that this would probably not be the case. He located the clean out and was able to clear the drain without having to disrupt anything. He was very professional and efficient while being understanding to a senior who was in a panic.
