“24/7 service is great. Got someone on the phone as soon as I called. John the technician was out at my house within 30 minutes. Knew what he was doing, asked questions to get down to the problem and fixed it. Showed me the plumbing and sewer draining properly before he left. Great customer service all throughout!

Rico was amazing! He called to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time. He asked me what problem I was having, listened, and looked at my water heater. He explained what was going on and why (great for a new home owner like me) and he answered all of my questions. He went out of his way to check an additional portion of the water heater and found a different problem (by the manufacturer or by a different company who installed it). I would have never known! He made the necessary call(s) to have it resolved. Once he was done, he asked if there were any other plumbing issues I may have. Above and beyond thorough service. I HIGHLY recommend Spegal for any plumbing needs!

I highly recommend Josh. Takes no shortcuts. Had the privilege of having him come out on a last minute call going into a weekend. The job ended up taking longer than expected due to cracked drainage pipe done by landscaping. Took no shortcuts, got the job done. Always with a smile and courteous. Worth requesting him from the company if you need anything.

Discovered a live leak in bathroom wall around noon and Googled plumbers near me in Apopka. Spegal answered immediately and the tech arrived in barely an hour. Rico was professional, polite and explained upfront what he was going to do. He identified the problem quickly and was equipped to get the job done. He worked with the customer on options instead of hard-selling / upselling. He also gave advice on a few maintenance tips. The final cost was affordable and surprised me given the emergency nature of the problem.

We contacted Spegal Plumbing on Monday, November 15, 2021. John arrived the same day. He listened to our needs and assessed the situation. John is knowledgeable and professional. We received an estimate via email later that day. On Wednesday, November 17, 2021 John and Greg arrived on time to install a new water heater, toilet and change out pipes to prepare for a new refrigerator. They were very professional and knowledgeable. The work was completed in a few hours. We are very happy with John and Greg. Highly recommend John and Greg with Spegal Plumbing.

Spegal Plumbing was amazing with the service and right on time. Rico did good taking his time looking for the problem. My shower was loosing pressure here and there. Rico looked at the head and discovered debris also discovered the main outside valve was clogged with more debris. Immediately he uses experience and skills and fix a problem thank you so much great job!

Rudy was/is very professional and meticulous in his work. He had to cut two holes in the drywall to find the source of the water coming through the wall and quickly repaired the leaking joint. He patched the holes with the original drywall in such a way as only minimal work is needed to finish. I would highly recommend Spegal and would gladly call them again.

Spegal Plumbing of Apopka provided excellent service at my residence in Sorrento, replacing an old leaking sink garbage disposal with a new updated model of the same brand. Kudos to Service Coordinator Shelby Parker who called me the very next morning in response to my service request, near 12 hours earlier, and where I identified what needed to be done. Shelby arranged for an appointment the very next morning, and was able to provide a quote with the information provided. I accepted. The Plumber assigned was John Smith. He called the morning of the appointment to let me know he would arrive shortly, which he did within the 1 hour time window. On arrival, John was cordial, professional and dressed with shoe coverings and a facemask to follow safety protocols. John looked at what needed to be done under my Kitchen Sink and assured me it would be completed to my satisfaction, which it was indeed. John honored the Quoted price, even though he had to do a few unantipated workarounds with some old piping and other parts. This was my first interaction with Spegal Plumbing, Shelby Parker and John Smith, and I would highly recommend this entire Team. Yes, I think I just found my preferred Plumbing Company going forward. I had a water softener system installed by Spegal Plumbing. The entire team ranging from Amber at the office, Keith the manager and especially Hiram, the plumber who did the installation were all spectacular. We recently purchased an old house that needed a lot of TLC. The plumbing fixtures were original and therefore not easy to replace. Hiram and Rudy knew exactly what to do and they did an amazing job. All our showers, sinks, and toilets are working beautifully now and we couldn't be happier. They took their time to ensure they didn't break the tiles, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Spegal plumbing. I noticed a small leak from my hot water heater on a Saturday. The service department called me back right away and offered a weekend service but after a thorough discussion, we determined it could wait till Monday. The service technician arrived on time and was knowledgeable and fast. He even tightened my outside hose nozzle just because it was dripping a little! He recommended a small part to fix it rather than replacing the whole tank and determined it was still under warranty if it did need replacing in the future. Most other companies would have charged me for a whole new tank!
